Patrick O’Meara is the Managing Principal and CEO of Taylor Street, a full-service real estate group of commercial and residential investment sales, capital advisory, investment, property management, and design companies. He is also co-owner and co-investment officer of Patrick Ventures Family Office that invests in private companies and venture funds.

Kristi Procopio brings to Taylor Street more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector overseeing operations, sales, communications, investor relations and marketing. As Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer for Taylor Street she is responsible for all business operations, as well as accountable for the development, management, and implementation of marketing to support the company’s strategic plans and objectives.

Nick is Vice President of Taylor Street Capital Partners, specializing in debt & equity structured finance. He works closely with commercial real estate investors, brokers, and developers to arrange or structure the best financing solutions for all commercial property types. Over the years, Nick has established close relationships with several lending sources across the capital markets spectrum, including banks, credit unions, government agencies (FNMA, FDMC, HUD), CMBS, bridge, and private equity.

Tyler Sweet

Tyler Sweet

Capital Markets Analyst

Tyler has been working in the real estate industry for 3 years. He delivers analytical backing for the firm’s origination team, including modeling and evaluation of new financing options, due-diligence examination, preparation of loan request packages, and loan closing. He navigates and supports sophisticated financial underwriting models for commercial real estate development, acquisition, disposition, and financing. Tyler also operates as a liaison between the firm’s clients (borrowers), lenders, title companies, attorneys, and third-party vendors to successfully manage and close loan transactions. After finding a passion for real estate he started in residential accounting at a boutique firm located in Paradise Valley then moved to a Multifamily Brokerage focusing on market analytics in the Phoenix, Tucson, and San Diego Markets. Having experience in both internal and external real estate markets, Tyler is excited to continue learning and growing with Capital Markets.
