Structured Finance

Our team has unique expertise in providing blended debt solutions where traditional debt lenders may not be the best fit due to leverage, risk, and flexibility requirements. We have the ability to work with clients in negotiating A/B notes, mezzanine equity, lender syndication, and junior participating debt. We understand that every project is different, and at times come with uncertain timetables, complex construction requirements, lease-up issues, or specific ownership structures such as partner buyouts that create the need for more customized solutions. Small Business Financing

We are experienced in providing debt solutions for owner-occupied assets through the Small Business Administration and its approved banking intermediaries. We work with small business owners to acquire or restructure the physical real estate in which they operate, including offices, retail stores, industrial warehouses, hotels, and restaurants.

    -Most flexible SBA loan program, with financing guaranteed by the Federal Government for a variety of general business purposes.
  • Small business Administration 504
    -Program provides long-term, with financing partially funded by the Federal Government, that provides fixed-rate financing to acquire fixed assets, such as real estate, for expansion or modernization.
